Please fill out the following form to sign up for 7th/8th Junior High Football for the 2023 fall football season.

We are looking at a potential start date for practices starting September 11th this may be extended or shortened slightly due to the fall baseball season.  We will have a parent meeting before the first practice to hand out all equipment during that time. Any changes that happen will be sent out via text/email. Please sign up by August 30th.  

Students interested in playing football MUST have a sports physical, Athletic Code of
Conduct paperwork and concussion awareness form on file at their respecting school
offices before they are allowed to practice.
