The Vashti Initiative is a virtual non-profit which means we conduct all of our business online. Board members meet virtually every quarter and may not miss more than 2 meetings in a fiscal year. In addition, board members are expected to attend online fundraising events, represent Vashti publicly, and lend their knowledge and expertise to the organization as best they can.
