Classic Cooking Academy
Join us for a two day workshop at Classic Cooking Academy Friday February 7 - Saturday February 8, 2020 from 8:30am-5:00pm on Friday and 8:00am-12:30pm on Saturday.   The workshop will focus on food costs, catering for the season using fresh and natural ingredients, and using left overs. The cost of the two day workshop is $225.  This includes full morning activities, and all supplies required.  This workshop will address the Culinary Arts Technical Standard 11.0 Perform dining and beverage catering operations in a school-based enterprise.  Professional Development hours will be provided.  This event is co-sponsored by FCCLA and FACS Ed.  Maximum registration of 24 participants.
