Please complete this application form to express your interest and commitment to join the Upstate New York Math Team Discord Server. This is the virtual home base for the Upstate New York Math Team community.

Note that admission to the Discord server is not automatic as we manually approve each member. If you are under 13, the Discord Terms of Service prohibit your use of the platform, but we may invite your parent or guardian instead.

This form is for a student to join our Discord server, and is separate from the application form to represent the Upstate New York Math Team at ARML. That application will be be sent out sometime each spring.

If you are a math coach, math teacher, or parent who would like to join the server, please send an introductory email to Japheth Wood <japheth@bardmathcircle.org> instead of an application.
