2021-22 'Ohana Athletics Exceptional Athlete CheerABILITIES Registration Form
Registration is now open for 'Ehehene, our all new Exceptional Athlete CheerABILITIES competitive team!  'Ehehene is open to exceptional athletes of all ages.

Playing sports at any level can be a key part of a young person’s development and have a lasting impact on their life. Among its many benefits, being involved in athletics develops friendships, independence, confidence, mental focus, and, of course, physical fitness. Sports can teach valuable lessons about grit, discipline, teamwork  and, most importantly, the respect that comes with inclusion. These benefits are universal for all individuals, including those with disabilities. That’s the goal of our Exceptional Athlete CheerABILITIES team —  to empower individuals with disabilities with an “I can do” attitude.

'Ohana Athletics is humbled to partner with the United States All Star Federation in offering our CheerABILITIES team, to provide a program that ...

* is safe, fun and good exercise
* improves flexibility and strength
* enhances independence and self-confidence
* provides a place for positive social interaction
* provides peer support and shared experiences among families

Practices begin September 12th and will be held on Sundays from 12:15 - 1:15pm at Elite Tumbling Factory (3265 Gateway Road #150, Brookfield, WI 53045).  

Our annual registration fee for 'Ehehene is $25, and it includes a team tshirt.  We do not charge tuition for our CheerABILITIES team, and our Director of Community Relations is actively seeking corporate sponsors for this team to cover the costs of the team uniform.  'Ehehene will perform at local competitions in SE Wisconsin, as well as travel to a few All Star competitions in WI/IL. Competition fees are generally waived by event producers for Exceptional Athlete programs.

Please complete this form in its entirety.  Once your registration has been received, we will send you an invoice for payment of the registration fee to be paid via Venmo.  You'll then receive an invitation to join the Exceptional Athlete Parent 'band', which is a platform we use to communicate with our teams and families.
