2020 Co-op Housing Program Application

You will hear back from us within one week. Please read the following notice to familiar yourself with our process and policy.

Application Process:

Step 1: Once the application is submitted, you will receive a copy of the submitted request from Google. Please note that this is NOT your booking confirmation.

Step 2: Spaces are offered on a fist come first serve basis. Please allow 7 business days for processing. When your application is accepted, an acceptance letter with payment link and payment due date will be sent to you. The application is consider complete only if the deposit is received by the due date.

Step 3: A confirmation letter including check in details will be emailed to you when payment is received.

Policy:

- Applicants must be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and participating in a co-op position in Toronto.
- Non-refundable deposit of $200 is required once the application is approved.
- Rent is due on 1st day of every month. First month of rent is due on April 1, 2019.
- Late fee of $50 applies if rent is due over 5 days.
- Withdraw fee applies if application is withdrawal before date stated on application.
- Accommodations only available from May 2 - Aug 17, 2019. You may arrive after May 2 and depart before Aug 17, 2019. Monthly stay is available. (Minimum 30 consecutive nights stays required; from the first to last day of every month, except for May and Aug with reduced rent)
