TERMS OF USE

Books can be checked out by filling out the book check-out form in the library.

· The allowed duration for borrowing is three weeks. Users must be responsible for returning materials by the due date.

· Please return the books in the “Book-return-box” at the library.

· The allowed number of borrowing is maximum 3 books at the same time.

· The membership is ONLY valid for the Children’s books of the Mozaik Library (marked section in the library). No other books of the library can be taken.

· Please handle books with care.

· The user is responsible to cover the cost of the book if it is damaged or lost.

· Yearly fee: 600TL (pay at the Mozaik office)

· Refundable deposit: 600TL (pay at the Mozaik office)
