1. By applying you agree to take part in the whole duration of the project. You also commit to participate in the preparation, dissemination and coaching phase, and to deliver an educational activity on a local level.
2. A participation fee is expected from participants as a contribution to the programme. Participation fee is variable between 40 and 100€. If paiment is an obstacle, participants can support training instead of fee.
3. Travel costs will be reimbursed after the training and after receiving all the relevant documents from you, and up to a maximum limit that will be described in the detailed infopack.
4. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, for reading all the information released about the course, preparing adequately for it, and for timely and active communication with the organizing team.
5. Participants commit themselves to organize at least one event (discussion, seminar, lecture,...) about topic of training within two months after training course. Event should be reported by photo or video and short final report. (Participants will receive electronic form for final report)
6.In accordance with Act no. 122/2013 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data, EU Regulation 2016/679 and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, I agree that my personal data will be processed by the ARTKRUH, Prenčov90, 96973 Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as "ARTKRUH"). I acknowledge that my personal data is processed and stored for internal, statistical, recording and research purposes of the ARTKRUH. I gave my consent from my free will without any coercion. The consent is given for an indefinite period and can be revoked at any time in writing by email to info(at)artkruh.org
