Emery has served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 24+ years, both as a campus minister with students, an MPD coach and Associate Director of MPD. For the past 4 years, she has directed a Strategic Plan Program to help veteran staff grow their funding, which has helped over 260 staff raise more than $3.6M, an average of $12k/ staff member over one month of MPD.

Alice Atkins
Born in the Philippines to Hong Kong parents and moved to the US at the age of 8. Alice Atkins was a missionary Kid and then a pastors kid She has been on staff with InterVarsity for the last 19 years raising her own funds. As the Associate National Director of Asian American ministries, one of her roles has been training Asian American staff on indirect asks for the last 8 years. She currently resides in Amsterdam, NL
