Putting on a giant watch party is no small feet, but the more help we have the better everything will run.

* All job positions will allow you to watch the episode without interruption and the venue allows a good view from everywhere. You may not have the best seat in the house, but it won't be a bad seat.

* Volunteers can still participate in the prize drawing, silent auction, and cosplay fun.

* Volunteers will get in free (with a GA Ticket) or receive 5 extra prize tickets if you already bought a ticket.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
(Times are approximate and may very)


CHECK IN / DOOR MONITOR (4 people needed) (5p-9p)
You will be in charge checking people in, trading tickets (paypal receipts) for wristbands and making sure everyone who comes in has a band. You do not need to have a security background,  just "people skills".


PRIZE DRAWING & SILENT AUCTION HELPER (4 people needed) (5p-9p)
Helping with the set up prizes and auction items, assist with selling tickets as needed, monitoring them during the event, helping people who might questions, help hand out items as the drawings conclude.


VENDOR COORDINATOR (1 person needed) (5p-7p)
You will be in change of helping the vendors get moved in. I will give you the vendor layout map with a brief description and you will let them know where to set up, answer any generic questions, and help them as needed.


SET UP & TEAR DOWN (4  people needed) (5p-6p & 9p-10p)
Help before and after the event with setting up tables and chairs, unloading boxes, etc. This generally a little face paced and chatoic, but fun. Generally most lifted items are less than 20lbs.


KANSAS SPN BOOTH (2 People needed) (5:00p-9p)
You will be manning the booth for the Kansas SPN Family, promote the group and the Women of Letters Groups, and selling things.
