2022-2023 Utica Curling Club Membership Application
This is the online payment form for remitting dues for 2022-2023 season membership. (If remitting fees by check, please download and mail the PDF application form instead and mail your application and fees to the Dues Treasurer.)

Eligibility requirements and curling privileges for each membership class can be found at https://sites.google.com/uticacurlingclub.org/uticacurlingclub/join. Please determine which membership class is appropriate for you before selecting your membership type and completing payment. All online membership fees include a non-refundable payment processing fee.

The Utica Curling Club currently requires all members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and to have received at least one booster if eligible, in order to enter the premises. Consult the 2022-2023 COVID-19 policy for more details. Please separately forward a photo or scan of your proof of vaccination status to dues@uticacurlingclub.org to complete your membership application.
