Thank you for your interest in virtual private training! Sessions can be done on the Mat or on a Reformer. Limited spots available, so if you I take you on as a client, I ask that you be reliable and dedicated!

After you complete this form, if I feel we can potentially move forward, I will reach out to schedule a 15-20 minute video call to discuss details and answer any questions you have. I want this call to also help you confirm this is the right decision for you! If we both agree to go ahead, we'll make a plan for you.

 If I'm unable to work with you at this time (ex: scheduling conflicts), I will let you know as soon as possible.
