Should the club your child wishes to join be full, your child will be placed on the waiting list.  If a space becomes available we will notify you as soon as possible.

This term, we will be offering a range of exciting after school clubs for all children from Year 1 - 6.  The clubs will run from 3.30 - 4.20pm (unless otherwise stated) and are free of charge.  Please see table below for specific start date for each club along with further information on the clubs available.

Should your child wish to participate in a club, please use this form to indicate their choices.  All clubs will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.   A confirmation of allocated places at school run clubs will be sent out as soon as possible before clubs start.

By completing this request for clubs, you are agreeing to the following conditions and understand that failure to comply may result in your child losing their place at a club:

> I will collect my child at the stated time from the children's entrance.  
> If my child is unable to attend a club I will notify the office.
> I understand that poor attendance / behaviour at a club may result in losing a place at that club.
> If there is a change to the usual arrangements at the end of the session (such as another adult collecting my child or them walking home alone), I will inform the office.
