We kindly inform you that the 3 sessions are part of our Final Conference and there should be seen as a whole event.

Join us for the 3 sessions on 9 -10 and 11 June, from 10h30 to 12h00 (CEST – Central European Summer Time)

The event will be recorded and available on our Youtube Channel afterwards.

End of treatment: coordination of the participation and recording of images and videos of the ASSIST Final Conference, to disseminate it through the Project's communication channels, those of the consortium partners and third part's media.

The data will be preserved while there is a mutual interest in maintaining the end of the treatment and when it is no longer necessary for such purpose, they will be removed with adequate security measures to guarantee pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.

The interested party has the right to withdraw consent at any time, right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and the limitation or opposition to their treatment, and the right to submit a complaint if you consider that the treatment does not conform to the current regulations.

The organizers (ASSIST partners) may take and use screenshots from the on-line platform where my image may appear for project materials (e.g. final conference report). The organizers may audio record sessions, take notes and use my contributions for project materials (e.g. final conference report). My personal data may be saved, used and shared by ASSIST partners (contractually bound to abide by EU data protection law) for reporting purposes for a maximum of 5 years after the end of the project (up to June 30, 2025), after which it will be deleted.
