This show will be filmed and presented virtually IN JANUARY, 2021.
Please fill out this form with your information. We know it's a long form, but it's important that we have all accurate info from you, and that you understand everything we have to tell you. This show just won't work without everyone on the same page.

This information is NOT published online, or otherwise made available to anyone but the production staff -
it will be automatically compiled into a database that we can use for cast contact information and program data without fear of errors!
