Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is taught by certified instructors and is an evidence-based program incorporating tai chi principles for improving health and wellness. Based on Sun style tai chi, it has gentle flowing movements that are easy to learn, safe and enjoyable for all levels. No prior experience is required and this form can also be modified to a seated position.
Use this form to request a class reservation. Reservations open at 8a, 2 days prior to class date. Space is limited. Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
