***Life Reflections is a 3-4 month  program with 12 + 1 sessions, and you will have 24/7 access to me via email and Facebook. 

*** We can discuss other coaching options as well, i.e., 1:1 intermittent, pay as you go option.

*This will be live coaching via Google Meet with weekly/biweekly calls. (In person for local is a possibility)
