Most of the survey questions are optional or offer a "no response" option, but we appreciate your willingness to answer every question. Some questions are designed to gauge the quality of our performances. Other questions (e.g. sexual orientation, household income, etc.) aid our efforts in writing grant proposals. You'll have an opportunity to remain anonymous at the end of the survey, if you so choose.
