Katz Prize nominators are required to submit three types of supporting materials about the nominated project. Please keep in mind that the most effective supporting materials will speak to how the project meets the Katz Prize selection criteria and will allow the selection committee to experience the project as fully and evocatively as possible.

Examples of supporting materials include but are not limited to:

§ Slide decks (note: organizations with strong visual materials may find a slide deck especially useful for communicating the story of their project to evaluators)

§ Digital or print products such as project portfolios, catalogues, magazines, journals

§ Documentary footage

§ Testimonials from project participants or audience members (written, video, or audio formats welcome)

§ Podcast episodes

§ Transcripts or footage of discussion programs or lectures

§ Publicity such as links to media coverage, reviews, etc.

Nominators must include the name and brief (2-3 line) description for each supporting material on this form, regardless of the material's format.

If the supporting material is not accessible online, then please provide the name and brief description for the supporting material on this form, and then submit the material itself via Dropbox (see complete instructions here). NJCH will accept the following file formats: PDF, Microsoft Office-compatible files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, MP4, MOV, WMV.
