PNP is a special practice I have designed over the years that brings together three things that I feel, combined, set up or wind down a day up wonderfully.
First, we move. The movement combines some light aerobic and/or calisthenic movements to get your heart rate up and sweat a little. We might dance or do some yoga asana/postures, but likely both. Everything is accessible and everything is done to some awesome music I provide.
Then, we do a guided meditation for about 10-15 minutes. You lay down and I provide the guidance.
Then, we journal together for 15 minutes. I provide a prompt, and you write as long as you need to.
That is it! Move with music, meditate, journal, a one-hour practice.
