Project Joy Victims Registration (Marshall Fire)
PLEASE READ:

As part of Project Joy, we are collecting information on those who have lost their homes in the Marshall Road fire in an effort to provide to those who lost so much things that can help them find a little joy and hopefully help in their mental and emotional recovery.  We want those affected to get on our list as soon as possible as funds will be used to purchase these items in the order in which you apply.

Unfortunately we will not be able to help every person affected depending on how much we raise.  Funds are being distributed in order of applicant submission and after our team verifies situations.   We will do everything we can to help fulfill the requests as quickly as we can.

ONE ITEM PER FAMILY:  Unfortunately we will not be able to do as much as any of us wish we could.  To make sure we can reach as many of those affected as possible we will need to restrict requests to one per family.  This does mean that we encourage those renting a home who are not related to apply individually.  Thank you for understanding.

PRIMARY RESIDENCE ONLY:  The home destroyed or significantly damaged must be your primary residence.  If you owned a property that was destroyed but were renting it out, you are not eligible but please let your tenants know that they are.  We want to make sure we are focusing on people who lost their personal possessions.

VERIFICATION:  We will be verifying the authenticity of all people seeking a donation from this fund.  We will work with a partner who is trained  in investigating and verifying claims to prevent fraudulent requests.  Please note that you may be contacted to verify your identity and your situation.  

CONFIDENTIAL:  All information will be kept private and confidential and only the organizers of this fundraiser will have access to it.  Note that by submitting information in this form you are willing providing this information to the fund for consideration and are attesting that it is true and accurate.
