Each year our PTSA gives the Golden Acorn Award to someone who has given exemplary service to children in our school community. This award is for PTSA volunteers who go above and beyond to support the students and school.   The Golden Acorn Award is very special and is reserved for those committed to continuing and dedicated service. It recognizes service “above and beyond” a particular job description. The first Golden Acorn Award was presented in 1937 and is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a volunteer.

We would like you to participate in the selection of our award recipient(s) through your recommendations. Our Golden Acorn Award committee will make the final selection.

Please be as specific as possible. Evaluations and selections are based on the criteria below. The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 12.
