Each exhibitor is given a 10x10 foot booth space. If you require additional space please indicate in the space below.
Willamalane will be charging all exhibitors a $10 fee. This will include (1) 6ft table and (1) chair. Any additional chairs or tables must be brought by the exhibitor. If you plan on bringing additional equipment, please indicate below. You will be contacted with payment information after you have submitted your information.
Willamalane is not providing canopies, water hook-ups or electricity. If you decide to bring your own canopy is must be fire retardant and must meet required standards for anchoring the canopy to the ground (please bring stakes). See Eugene/Springfield Fire Department regulations for details. If you fail to do this at the event, your canopy will need to come down.

IMPORTANT: A Certificate of insurance may be required depending on your activity. Activities such as bringing animals/reptiles, and/or if you plan on involving children in your act (tumbling, karate) require a certificate of insurance. if you are not sure if this applies to you, please call or email and we will assist you.

Hold Harmless Clause and Agreement
I shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the district from and against all liability of loss and against all claims or actions based upon or arising out of damage or injury to persons or property caused by or sustained in connection with my performance during the Children's Celebration 2019 at the designated date on August 03, 2019.

I am informed that Willamalane Park and Recreation District does not provide "medical premises" or "no fault" coverage and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage that may occur through my participation at Children's Celebration, including all risks connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

In addition, the EXHIBITOR acknowledges that any suit, claims, damages, fines, fees and costs filed against the EXHIBITOR which may result from the services for which Willamalane has contracted, will not be covered by Willamalane.

The EXHIBITOR will comply with all safety guidelines and acknowledges that Willamalane is a public park and recreation district and its patrons include families and children. Willamalane is very careful about its public image and the EXHIBITOR shall do nothing that will negatively impact that positive image or promote behavior that would not be appropriate around families and children.
