RL Fall Festival Booth Application
WELCOME!!!  Our hope is that the RL Fall Festival would become an annual event full of family, fun, food, and festivity!!!  In order for this to be a success, we need YOU to play a part.  If you (a church, organization, business, school class, or individual) are interested in providing a carnival-style booth, food truck, or activity, please fill out the form below!!  Booth acceptance is based on availability.

At this time, there is no cost to register.  Booth operators (you) are responsible for providing all needed supplies, setup, operation, tear down, and clean up for your booth and assigned area.  Many hands make light (and fun) work and if we can each do our part, this event can provide community fun for years to come!!!

The event will be run using tickets.  Community members will buy tickets from the gate and booths will set their own ticket requirements.  Proceeds will be divided based on tickets taken at each booth.
