Thank you for taking interest in my initiative of Moments of time, a simple way to acknowledge and be in the moment, to be there for yourself.
There are two ways in which you can join this initiative, one by joining my whatsapp list, where I just send a few pictures every day, of my moments of the day. The second is by signing up for monthly meets (digital) where we discuss things about mental health, and engage in a few mindful conversations and activities (If you don't want to really talk, and just listen, you can do that too!)
