QUICK FACTS:

1. Registration form is due May 3rd at 11:59pm CT. The athletes attending should each individually fill out this form.

2. The CZ Athlete Summit will be held June 20th-23rd.
 
3. Athletes will arrive June 20th at Butler University between 1-3pm ET to check in with programming beginning promptly at 3pm ET. Athletes will depart at 1pm on June 23rd.

4. Athletes will fly into Indianapolis International Airport and will be responsible for transportation to the hotel. If the Athletes live within driving distance that is an option as well. We recommend that the chaperone's travel with their athletes from the airport to the hotel; please plan flights accordingly.

5. Recommended forms of transportation from the airport to the hotel are taxi services, Uber, and Lyft.

6. We would like to see 4 Athlete Reps per LSC at max or at minimum the Junior and Senior Rep from each LSC.
