January 30th: Application opens

March 15th: Application deadline

March 22nd: Artist notified of acceptance

Upon acceptance: Payment due

April 15th: Cancellation, $100. Non-Refundable

June 16th – 9am to 1pm (at assigned times):  Show setup

Show dates:

Friday June 16th - 1pm - 5pm
Saturday June 17th - 10am - 5pm 
Sunday June 18th - 10am - 4pm

June 18th 4pm: Take down

Set up: June 16th
I agree -To avoid congestion – moving in will be done by assigned time and location/table number at the Bradley Center will be assigned prior set-up. You will be notified by email with more details.

You will be provided with a table and chairs are available for use.  We require you to use a WHITE tablecloth.  
You may bring grids and/or easels to show your work and must stay within your designated boundaries.
Please respect your boundaries and other artists as space is limited.
WiFi is available.

We have 5 different size space available. We will try to accommodate everyone's choice. Please indicate which one is your 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice, etc.
10’ X 6’ = $225.00
16’ X 3.6” (1 only, Main Hall) = $215.00
8’ X 8’ = $225.00
10’ X 3.5” (1 only, Cafeteria) = $150.00
8’ X 3.5” (2 only, Board Room) = $125.00
We have three different rooms (Main Hall, Cafeteria, Board Room). We will try to accommodate everyone's choice. Please indicate which one is your 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice, etc. *
If you are interested in two spaces please let us know here and what size you would like. 
Payment Method
You will be notified by email of your acceptance to this event.

Limited electrical provided.  There are plugs around the walls but, not all are functioning.  You need to check in with an organizer before you plug any lights or devices into the outlets.

I agree that I will only present for sale original  two-dimensional, and/or items that are derived from my original visual artwork (e.g., notecards, prints or other reproductions of my original artwork.) *I will not sell food items or agricultural products, crafts, soaps or cosmetics, or other consumable products.  Only registered artists are allowed to display their art at the show. *

CANCELLATION
Individual cancellation:
Cancellation deadline is April 15th 2023.
$100.00 administration fee will apply if you cancel before this date.
After April 15th your application fee is non refundable.

Event Cancellation:
If the event is cancelled due to natural disaster or public orders to close, or any other reason, $150.00 non refundable fee will apply. The balance of your registration will be etransfered back to you.

I agree that if I have to withdraw from the Father's Day Art Show for any reason, I shall inform Arrowsmith Fine Arts as early as possible. NOTE: Refunds will not be given for withdrawal notices after April 15th, 2023. I understand that a $100 administration fee will be charged for all withdrawals.

I agree that public liability insurance and property insurance coverage are my sole responsibility. Arrowsmith Fine Arts is not responsible for stolen or damaged property, including art work. If the artist is in need of insurance, the ARTIST is responsible for getting this themselves.
I agree to hold Arrowsmith Fine Arts, its Directors and the Father’s Day Weekend Art Show Organizing Committee harmless from any claims, including, but not limited to those for personal injury sustained by me or any Father’s Day Weekend Art Show visitor, or damage to any property, that arise as a result of my participation in the show. This waiver is binding on my successors, legal representatives and assigns.

Terms and Conditions *

Thank you - yes I have read all the above. I understand I will be contacted via email - with a welcome email if accepted into this year's event or please try again next year. An additional email will be sent once accepted with detailed information about payment, set-up, take down, etc. All fees are DUE by upon acceptance of your application.
