1:1 Mentorship Application
The mentorship is a 1 -on- 1 coaching program working specifically with Lauren, aka Loz!
It is tailored to YOU specifically in order to help achieve your goals, create a training schedule which fits to your lifestyle, teaches you to build healthy daily habits, creates a positive mindset and keeps you motivated!
The program will give you all the support, knowledge and guidance you need to achieve the body and life you deserve and want!

The mentorship is for individuals who are committed and determined to put in the work to reach their goals and realise there is no 'quick fix'. In order, to start you see results, there is a minimum of 3 month sign up.
There are only limited spots available.
