Hello Beautiful Vendor,
Thank-you for your interest in joining us for this years Fall Faire. The event will be held on October 6th from 12pm - 5pm at Roberts Creek Community Hall. Setup will take place starting at 10am the morning of. Vendors are to be onsite with personal vehicles moved to suggested vendor parking (will be outlined closer to event) no later than 11:30am and fully set up by 12pm. Once vendor application is approved, vendors fees are payable by cash, cheque (made out to One Straw Society) ,e-transfer or cash no later than September 24, 2019 to secure your spot.
All vending tables must remain set up until the end of the event at 5pm
All Food Vendors must follow the BC Farmers Market Association Guide for Safe Sale of Foods at Food Markets :
