SSNS - Hockey NS Form           2021-2022
As part of the agreement between the SSNS and Hockey Nova Scotia, school teams must pay a fee to SSNS to be paid to Hockey Nova Scotia to insure their officials.

This form will provide student-athletes participation information to SSNS and Hockey NS.

If your school has more than one team per Division, please advise the SSNS office.

This form must be completed by November 30, 2021, for Senior High Teams
This form must be completed by January 28, 2022 for Junior High/Middle School Teams
