Dear Families,
On August 18 we are opening campus to all students for face-to-face learning. As we prepare for the opening of school, we would like to gather information from each of you regarding your intent for your child(ren) to participate in face to face learning on campus or remote learning at home.  As shared in the email, families will commit to on-campus or remote learning for four-week cycles at a time. Your selection is binding for the period of August 18-September 11.  This will allow us to ensure we are prepared for each child's return to school while prioritizing safety of all students.   Please complete this survey for each child by Wednesday, July 29.

This survey will be sent again during the week of August 31.  You will be able to select your option for the second 4-week cycle then.
