Outreach Manager: Main point of contact with potential podcast guests. Recruits and responds to potential podcast guests (who have a connection to Goddard College). Schedules guest interviews in collaboration with host(s).
Host(s): Does guest research prior to interview and brainstorms potential questions/outline for interview. Records interview with guest. Records intro for interview with other host(s).
Audio Engineer: Ideally is present for all guest interviews to record and monitor sound quality. Masters all audio and edits episodes and intros. Uploads final audio to hosting site and copies show notes into description.
Writer/Editor: Listens to recorded episode and writes show notes (100 words before recommendation links), blog with longer summary, and social media blurb. Listens for any book recommendations, links, etc. to post in the show notes. Creates social media posts and shares in public Goddard-related groups.
