If you would like to book a stand, please let us know what resources you require, for example additional space for a stand alone banner, number of people for your stand, access to a plug sockets (these are limited, but we will do our best to accommodate you).

This information can also be disseminated in advance to attract academics from our region with matching expertise and research interests.
Would you consider hosting a PhD student for a placement or internship at your company?
MRC funded students have access to funding schemes that allow them to undertake an internship, or shorter placement opportunities, during their PhD. We can provide funds for student stipend, travel and accommodation costs associated.  For SME's, there is also a consumables budget of up to £2000 available to support the project.
One-to-one appointment slots with academics and/or PhD students during the event.
In addition to the main exhibition space in Firth Hall, we have a break out room that you can use for one-to-one discussions with our academic staff to discuss potential collaborations, or meet with PhD students seeking to discuss career options or internships.  If you are willing to make yourself available for one-to-ones please indicate below.
