Filling out this form is simply telling us that the/your student is interested in signing up for intramural soccer. Too,  you the student and the parent/guardian are committed to being at the school for the 18 allotted times for the this intramural session. The mornings are Thursday and Friday beginning October the 26th, 8:00 -8:40 am and will run the entire 2nd quarter. You will receive a confirmation email that you have been selected to participate. Numbers are limited and in the event that we have more students than spots, we are doing a random draw for all the allotted spots. One submission per student please.
