Your information will not be processed until payment is received. Day of entries will NOT be permitted. Fill out a different form for each horse/rider combination. Please see the prize list for more specific details. Failure to do so could lead to failure to register for the most appropriate division.

Shall be subject to the rules of the show; 2. Every rider is eligible as entered; 3. Are you a member of CMCHS? Members only are eligible for end of season awards and Colonial Classic Qualifying. Must attend at least three shows.  Membership must be paid for BEFORE any points are added to end of season standing.  This can be paid for at the time of registration.  Free T-Shirt with membership! *
