This rental agreement is to ensure that all the equipment used will be used only for WTOP-10 and handled with the upmost care by the renter

I agree to use WTOP-10's equipment in a safe and appropriate manner when in use and shall comply with and conform to all national, state, municipal, and other laws, ordinances, and regulations in the possession, use, or maintenance of the equipment. *

I agree to use this equipment only for the purposes of WTOP-10 TV and its broadcasts, content, and usage for TV. (Renting out equipment from WTOP-10 TV is not to be used for classroom, commercial, and/or personal purposes)
