This is a invitee only workgroup for MBA students in India (Batch of 2021-2023).  

Few fresh MBAs realize the importance of the first semester in terms of setting up direction for the entire MBA experience. My research shows that most successful MBA students take the early advantage with a head start in their 1st semester (did you know that best internships are closed by October-November for the summer of next year?).  I have spent the last 18 months of my sabbatical to research many MBA programs and MBA student profiles. I plan to share some of these practical learning to improve skilling and readiness of first year MBA students.

My focus is to have limited number but high quality of 1st year MBA students who are passionate about making the best use of their full time MBA of 2 years.

This group will enable learning of skills pertaining to employability and placements through hands on learning, workshops, industry sessions and real industry internships (with stipend) opportunities. It will be a WhatsApp group (there are no charges to join the group). You will be added to the this group after this short KYC. Data collected will not be used by any outside organization.
