Petition Calling on Birmingham City Council to Close and Block Off the Lay Bys on A38 Minworth stretch due to Fly Tipping and Environmental IssuesPetition calling for Birmingham City Council to close and block off the 3 laybys on A38 Minworth stretch ie  2 off Northbound and 1 off Southbound.
It is apparent that they are being used for flytipping and the verges and surrounding undergrowth are being used as toilets by vehicle users, resulting in an environmental hazard for innocent users and anyone attempting to clear up the areas.
Closure of the lay bys will prevent further misuse and abuse and enable deep clean clear up operations to be carried out in and around the laybys.
