Commission Request Form
Thank you for contacting Glass Over Teakettle regarding commissioned artwork. We put our passion and authenticity into every special order and we appreciate you trusting us to make your art!
Please review the following steps and then submit the form below.

PROCESS:
Step 1. Request - After we receive your request form, we will contact you with clarification questions and give you an idea of a price range. Custom windows currently average around $500 per square foot. Prices vary with design detail, color of glass, texture, and timeline.

Step 2. Sketching process - Our patterns are all original and hand-drawn for each project, therefore we charge a fee for sketches.

Step 3. Deposit - Once you have approved the final pattern and agreed upon glass colors, details, and framing options, we will give you a final price and realistic timeline. We typically require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to begin your project.

Step 4. Completion - Upon completion, we require the balance to be paid before you pick up your artwork. We offer shipping or local delivery for an additional fee. Please note, we do not install art for customers, and we recommend that you use a professional to hang or install your piece.

Is there a deadline you need your stained glass completed by? (Our artwork takes time and we often have several projects going. We try to accommodate requests for expedited deadlines, when necessary.) *
