How many students are in this ensemble? Each student plus the director will be provided access to the master classes as well as the evening concert.
Fee for ensembles up to 10 members is $130, which includes day time performance clinic, access to master classes, and evening concert attendance for ensemble members and director.
Fee for ensembles of 11-20 members is $250, which includes the same features as above.

The UMN Morris Dining Hall will be open on Friday with "all you can eat" service for only $7.00 each (card payment only) for ensemble members, directors and family/guests. 
Please provide an estimate of the total number of individuals you expect to join us for lunch at the dining hall.

We will be offering 45-minute tours at UMN Morris and the Humanities Fine Arts Building free of charge. Rest assured that will work for not having your adjudication time conflicting with the tour time. If you are interested, please, in addition to filling out this form, go to the April 12th 2024 tour registration website to register for a tour for your students.

Bands will be performing throughout the day, with Lunch scheduled for noon, masterclasses for mid afternoon, and evening concert at 7pm. There will also be school tours available throughout the day.

Do you have a preference for a performance time, either morning or early afternoon for your ensemble? While we cannot guarantee your preferred time, we will do our best to accommodate it if possible!

We will provide you a backline for your performance. This will include drum set, bass amp, guitar amp, piano, plus stands for all students.

Please provide us with any other onsite needs below (IE: Vibes, aux percussion, etc.)
