SYP Charter Bus Transportation Request
This form does not guarantee you a seat on the SYP Charter Bus. You will be contacted via email to confirm your participant's seat once your request is processed.

If you have more than one participant requesting to ride the SYP Charter Bus, please complete the form separately for each participant.

Participants attending more than one non-consecutive week should make separate requests for each week.

SYP Charter Bus seats are not secured until the $25 non-refundable deposit is made. The transportation fee is due in full on June 1st.

To make a payment:
-If you applied for Summer Youth Programs online:
        - Payments can be made by logging in your participant's account and selecting "Make a Payment"
          (if you have more than one participant, you will need to make a payment on each individual's account)
- If you applied for Summer Youth Programs via a paper application:
        - Payments can be made by check written out to 'Summer Youth Programs" with your participant's name/"Bus Payment" in the memo line, mailed to 1400 Townsend Drive, 217 Administration Building, Houghton, MI 49931 OR via credit card by calling 906-487-2219.
