We are a group of artists who are interested in making systemic change. We are seeking testimonies to identify unjust behavior such as (but not limited to) the following:

pregnancy discrimination
nonbinary and gender fluid discrimination
ADA/Neurodivergent bias

Our objective is to hold institutions accountable and implement change through anti-racist policy, equitable representation, racial equity, and the restructuring of our institutions to ensure a safe and productive environment.
