welcome to the new and improved way to request a custom order! after i receive your form submission, i'll reach out using the email you provide below with some thoughts and ideas on your design! i often try to provide full design sketches and/or pictures of beads, charms, etc to help communicate the vision. thanks so much for your patience and for choosing me for your jewelry needs! the custom order processing time from start to finish right now sits at around 4 weeks!

I do this in order to secure placing orders for parts and pieces specifically sourced for your design! *

when the process gets started, you'll get pictures of the design layout for approval before I put it all together. once I get your approval after reaching out with the design, I'll assemble it and send another photo of the finished design! once I get the second and final approval, your item(s) will be shipped out as soon as possible. thank you so much for sticking with me through this order form! I know it was a lot of reading, so it's greatly appreciated that you took the time to fill this out! <3

NOTICE: 
1) if you submitted a form during the period where slots are open and it's been over 48 hours since with no response from me, please check your spam inbox! my response emails for these have been reportedly ending up in the spam folder for some customers.

2) if you submitted a form during the period where customs are full and closed, keep an eye out for an email from me whenever i'm accepting them again! you can also stay up to date by checking my instagram stories and the "updates" highlight on my page! i post whenever i'm almost ready to open them again, when they're open, and when they close!
