LCAHA 2022-23 Player Registration (Waitlist Period)
Player registration for the Lawrence County Lightning hockey season is now open. Tryouts for 10U to 18U age groups will be held from 4/4/2022 to 4/7/2022. Specific dates and times will be communicated once the tryout schedule is finalized. Note that each age group will have (2) mandatory tryout sessions to attend. (8U players do not have a tryout session now; an evaluation session to determine 8U placement is held separately - typically in October.)

I understand that the LCAHA Board of Directors have set the commitment fee at $300 for the upcoming season. I also understand that this fee must be paid prior to tryouts commencing, and that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once the roster commit/decline date has passed. I understand that an invoice will be sent to the email address provided above, and that an offered roster spot is NOT guaranteed until this commitment fee is paid. Finally, I understand that upon acceptance on a Lightning roster, that this commitment fee will be applied to my upcoming season dues. (Note - Commitment Fees do not apply to 8U players) *

I authorize Lawrence County Amateur Hockey Association, its directors, officers, members, employees, coaches, and agents to publish and display photographs, printed names and other visual materials of me/my child on the organization's website / social media page(s) and rink bulletin board, and to use said photographs, printed names, and other visual materials in promotional materials, or for any other use for the benefit of the organization. I hereby release Lawrence County Amateur Hockey Association, its directors, officers, members, employees, coaches, and agents from any and all liability, claims, actions and lawsuits that may arise from the use of said photographs, printed names and visual materials.
