Please fill out one form per student who plans to attend!

Who?: Any girls in grades 2-6 can attend and learn the basics of the game! Parents are not required to attend but are invited to do so. (2nd graders are invited to join since we have enough room this year!) 

Where?: Main Gym @ FHS (329 Vine Street)

When?: Tuesdays from 6-7 pm

Dates: Starts May 2-Ends June 6. 

Cost: $0
