At time of sending this survey, early years and schools continue to be open for all children and young people in England.

To be prepared for the possibility of school being required to close (hopefully this will not happen) it is important we know the employment status of each child's parents/guardians to enable us to ascertain if they qualify for a critical worker place. Please complete each section relevant to you.

Identifying children classified as vulnerable will involve school contacting relevant parents/guardians at the point of a potential closure.
