From time to time, Apollo Career Center may take photographs or video of students on school property and at school activities. The school district may make these photographs or videos available to the media and may place photographs or videos of students or other minor persons on marketing materials (such as billboards, catalogues, and brochures) and on various online platforms for purposes of promoting school activities and community engagement. These online platforms may include the Apollo Career Center website, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media outlets.

I, the parent/guardian of:

consents to having video and images of my child being taken by Apollo on school property or at school activities for the duration of their enrollment in Apollo Career Center. In addition, I consent to Apollo making these photographs or videos available to the media and placing video and images of my child on marketing materials and on online platforms, including the Apollo Career Center website, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media outlets. I understand that my child's image, name, work product, school, and grade may be revealed in photographs/videos but that no other information about my child or my child's schoolwork will be revealed without prior consent.
