The amount of the registration plus the amount of the 1st monthly payment will be charged at the time of registration. Non-returnable registration.
The payment of the monthly payments will be made during the first 10 days of each month. Students who have not made this payment will not be allowed in clases.
All receipts or bank checks returned will have a surcharge of 5€.
A student that wishes to cancel has to notify the school IN WRITING 10 days before the beginning of the month. Otherwise you will have to pay the monthly amount. If a student wants to change clases they also must notify the secretary 10 days before the start of the month.
It is not possible to recover lost classes due to reasons beyond the school’s control. You can only recover classes that the professor was unable to teach and the school was not able to find a substitute.
The school is not responsable for any injuries that the students may incur in our facilities.
No sick leave will be considered if notification is given retroactively. In case the student does not attend class due to injury or illness, he must notify the school secretary by email the same day of the illness and send medical justification. If you do not do so, you will have to pay the corresponding monthly payment normally. An absence less than 10 days is not considered as a sick leave. You cannot send word to the teacher: you must send a medical receipt to the secretary.
Lack of attendance in clases does not imply not making payments.
Students who drop out during the course and want to return after a few months will have to pay a maintenence fee of 12€ / month, or they will lose their enrollment.
10-hour bundles or packs are valid for one calendar year, beginning the date of issue.
The student must be respectful with the facilites of the school
The student is responsable for leaving the space clean and tidy after use.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the internal and external facilities of the school, or at the entrance to the street. Students are not permitted to eat in the classrooms. The use of cellphones is prohibited during clases.
It is recommended not to wear any jewelery, watches, or earrings when in class.
The school is not responsible for the damages, loss, theft of any personal objects.
Parents and guardians of under-age students are encouraged not to leave them alone in the school out of class hours as the school will not be held accountable. In any case, parents who leave them alone will have to notify the secretary, although the school will still not be held responsible.
The school reserves the right of admission and the right to cancel a class if it does not reach the minimum number of students.
