Professional Development Pre-Registration for Colorado Mathematics Educators
Colorado Department of Education is providing Colorado K-12 educators with access to professional development on evidence-informed mathematics instruction. Developed for elementary and secondary educators, this 14-module online course can be done at each individual's own pace and timing. Created as part of Colorado House Bill 23-1231 (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb23-1231), the course, Powerful Practice: Evidence-Informed Math Teaching, is available for a 12 month period at no-cost to Colorado educators and aims to improve outcomes in mathematics for all students, especially those at greatest risk of not reaching grade-level proficiency in mathematics. Interested educators can sign up now and be automatically enrolled in the course beginning in June 2024.  

*At this time, there is no graduate credit available for course completion. A certificate of completion will be provided to participants.
