Applications are accepted beginning April 1st until all spots are filled. Your registration is not considered complete until payment is received in full by mail to:

Please make checks payable to Apple Scrapple Festival. Your business name must be included with your mailed payment.  

We cannot guarantee you will be assigned to the exact location you are requesting, every effort will be made to accommodate you. Spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Each vendor must supply their own tables and chairs for their space. Electric availability is limited, and you must provide your own extension cords.

Set-up will take place October 11th, 4pm-6pm and Saturday morning 7am-8:45am. Vendors are requested to remain set up for the entire duration of the show (9am-4pm), with clean-up taking place 4pm-6pm. Everyone must be out of the building by 6:30pm!

(Please note that some spaces are being removed/moved due to new layouts in the school and the festival, we will make every effort to assign the requested spaces.)
Your signature on this application releases the Apple Scrapple Committee Volunteers, the Town of Bridgeville, and the Woodbridge School District from any and all damages to the vendor and his/her property or their employees. It is further understood that the vendor and his/her representative agree to all terms stated on this form. Vendors are reminded that you are permitted to sell in your rented space only. You may not go around the school or outside to other areas to sell your items -this is a rule of the Apple Scrapple Committee. This craft show is in the State of Delaware and does NOT have a sales tax. Regardless of what state you are from, you may NOT charge sales tax for items sold and received in Delaware. I understand that my application will not be accepted until full payment is received.

I understand that the Apple Scrapple Festival is a RAIN or SHINE event, under no circumstances will registration fees be returned; cancellations after September 29, 2024 and no-shows for any reason will result in payment forfeiture.
